Process consultation and support
Regional development projects generally require cooperation between a great variety of local and regional participants and cover a wide range of subject matters. As a rule, it can be said that informal and, increasingly, formal planning and development projects are carried out on a participative, process-centered basis. The full potential of a region can be better exploited and pooled if decisions are carried with the involvement and agreement of communities, representatives of the regional economy and public administrations. In this way, processes and projects are more successfully established in society as a whole and public awareness of them is strengthened.
ARSU provides specialist services for regional development projects and processes such as, for example, structural analyses and analyses of strengths and weaknesses as well as professional consultation and support for both public bodies and independent groupings including process coordination and compiling all necessary documentation.
